Selling of a 100.000 hl brewery:
The negotiations of the selling of a brewery in North Rhine Westphalia took us more than half a year. With VBW as consulter and mediator in the trials the contracts were made in 1996. All equipment of the brewery was dismantled and forwarded by sea to the Chinese province Quangdong. Two experts of VBW of the Bewertungs- und Vermittlungsbüro Weihenstephan GmbH made a evaluation and managed the business to success.
